Get In Touch

Have questions or need a quote? Fill out the form below, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest in our services!

Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a response as we are a small and constantly growing business.

How do I calculate square footage?

Measure the length and width of your room (in feet) and multiply them together.
Example: 12 ft × 10 ft = 120 sq. ft.
If the room isn’t a perfect rectangle, break it into sections and add them up.

Why do you need to know my subfloor type?

Different subfloors (like plywood, concrete, or particle board) require different installation methods and materials. This helps us plan properly and give an accurate quote.

Do you remove old flooring?

We sure do — we also handle the material disposal. Just select “Yes” under Carpet/Floor Removal Required so we can include it in your quote.

What should I include in my message?

The more details, the better! Examples of what you could include:

  • Room type(s)
  • Type of wood or flooring you’re considering
  • Any exising damage or obstacles (like uneven floors or trim work needed)
  • Materials or colours you’re interested in
  • Photos of current space
  • Any deadlines or budget goals
What areas do you service?

We work throughout the Niagara Region and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just include your postal code and we’ll confirm.

How much notice do you need to book a job?

It depends on the season and project size, but generally 2–4 weeks’ notice ensures availability. Rush jobs can sometimes be accommodated—just ask!

Can you help me choose materials or finishes?

Absolutely. We can recommend high-quality flooring or wood options that fit your style and budget.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we offer free, no-obligation estimates for all residential and commercial projects. We believe in clear communication and talking through your idea thoroughly so we provide clear upfront pricing.

Do you offer custom woodwork?

Yes! In addition to flooring, we build and finish stairs, trim, mantels, shelving, and feature walls. If it’s made of wood, we can likely build it.

What’s the best flooring for my home?

It depends on your lifestyle and space.

  • Solid hardwood: classic, long-lasting, great for living areas.
  • Engineered wood: stable and moisture-resistant — perfect for basements.
  • Luxury vinyl plank (LVP): durable and pet/kid-friendly.

We can walk you through the pros and cons of each during your estimate.

Can I supply my own materials?

Yes — we can install materials you’ve purchased, but we’ll need to confirm they’re suitable for your space. (i.e. some retail flooring requires specific subfloor prep or tools.)

How should I prep my home before installation?

Clear furniture and décor from the work area, and ensure a pathway for tools and materials. We recommend covering large furniture (i.e. couches) in plastic sheets to protect from dust. We’ll take care of the rest — including cleanup when the job’s done.

What’s your warranty or guarantee?

We stand behind our work. All installations include a craftsmanship guarantee — if something’s not right, we’ll make it right, so please let us know!
